We will discuss a HiPEAK position paper on topics of importance for
embedded architecture and compilation from 2007 to 2017. You do
not need to write a summary for this paper. As you will see, there
is no single core idea to summarize. However, you do need to be
familiar with the challenges they discuss.

I will also spend some time talking about reliability and thermal
problems in 3D integrated circuits.

I am in Rochester Minnesota and will fly back Monday night. If I
am not there on time for Tuesday's class, there was most likely a
problem with my flight.
